At the core of OPC’s philosophy (and name), is People. The shops’ feature attraction is the buy counter, where anyone can sell their clothes for cash or store credit. The spacious and fashion-head-filled Bushwick shop is designed to have space to socialize and take your time. They have even had a THRIFT-COUTURE runway show outside the shop this past summer, in collaboration with local designer By Liv Handmade.
